Images of Motorola’s new high-end smartphone have appeared on the internet. The smartphone that is going around right now is the Motorola Edge 40 Pro. The new model is expected in the near future and thanks to the photos we get a first idea of the device. In December, the manufacturer already introduced the Moto X40 in China.
Now it seems that the Moto X40 Pro will be released here under the name Motorola Edge 40 Pro. The new smartphone will be the first Motorola with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Evleaks shares the first images of the device. The smartphone will have a 50-megapixel main camera, with presumably a 50MP wide-angle lens and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens. You can take selfies with the 60-megapixel front camera.
The smartphone is expected to have a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ OLED screen with a refresh rate of 165Hz. The device also receives an IP68 certification, which makes it dust and waterproof.
Motorola would equip the new Edge 40 Pro with a 4600 mAh battery with 125W fast charging, along with the possibility of wireless charging, with a power of 15W. The phone is expected in the near future, but when is not yet known.
