Apple is planning to scrap the version with 128 GB, so that the iPhone 15 Pro has a standard storage capacity of 256 GB. This only applies to the iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The iPhone 15 (Plus) will remain available with 128 GB of storage.

With the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14, all models were available with 128 GB. Before that (including the iPhone 12), the Pro models had more storage than the regular versions as standard. Apple seems to be returning to these differences in storage with the iPhone 15 Pro.
