iPhone 14: the price increase would be 120€ in Europe
A few days before Apple’s keynote, prices in euros leaked for the iPhone 14 and Pro models. And if we are to believe the leak, it will be necessary to add 120 euros on each model in comparison with the equivalent iPhone 13.
A price increase for the iPhone 14
According to information fromiPhon.frhere are the prices of the iPhone 14:
- iPhone 14: €1,029 in 128 GB, €1,149 in 256 GB and €1,379 in 512 GB
- iPhone 14 Max (Plus?): €1,129 in 128 GB, €1,249 in 256 GB and €1,479 in 512 GB
- iPhone 14 Pro: €1,279 in 128 GB, €1,399 in 256 GB and €1,629 in 512 GB
- iPhone 14 Pro Max: €1,379 in 128 GB, €1,499 in 256 GB and €1,729 in 512 GB
In comparison, here are the prices for the iPhone 13:
- iPhone 13 mini: €809 in 128 GB, €929 in 256 GB and €1,159 in 512 GB
- iPhone 13: €909 in 128 GB, €1,029 in 256 GB and €1,259 in 512 GB
- iPhone 13 Pro: €1,159 in 128 GB, €1,279 in 256 GB, €1,509 in 512 GB and €1,739 in 1 TB
- iPhone 13 Pro Max: €1,259 in 128 GB, €1,379 in 256 GB, €1,609 in 512 GB and €1,839 in 1 TB
As we can see, there is a price increase on each model. Recently, a rumor had announced that Apple would indeed increase the price of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. On the contrary, he had thought that the non-Pro models would not change from a price point of view… at least in the United States. Europeans will obviously not have the right to fixed prices. Inflation, the course of the euro against the dollar… the situation is not helping.
Another interesting element: the first prize would exceed the cap of 1,000 euros, unheard of. Also, where are the iPhone 14 Pros with 1TB of storage? Such a model would approach 2,000 euros.
