ING Banking introduces payment requests with pictures

An update is available for ING customers. The update makes it possible, among other things, to add images to payment requests.

According to ING, it is much clearer to go through payment requests if there are pictures. That is why the bank comes with icons that you can link to the requests. When you create a payment request, the images will automatically be added. If the app cannot find a picture, a standard icon will be linked to it. The pictures provide a clear overview of what the payment requests are for.

Have you paid a pizza in advance or bought a joint gift? You can now scan your overview with payment requests even faster because there are pictures.

In addition to the pictures for the payment requests, ING comes with another new function. You can now easily start international transfers from the app. When making a transfer in foreign currency, tap the globe at the top. You will then be forwarded to Mijn ING and you no longer need to log in.
