Huawei Health is no longer in the Play Store

For the owners of a Huawei wearable, this is of course a very important app. Also because you use the app to connect the wearable to your phone. Now reports are coming in to the editors that the app is no longer in the Play Store. For example, Marcel indicates that the app can no longer only be found in the Play Store, but has also disappeared from his phone. He can therefore no longer view the data of his Huawei Watch GT2 in the Huawei Health app.

We have contacted Huawei about this and they indicated the following: “It is an sdk problem related to HMS. The app will no longer be available in the Google Play Store for the time being. Have you already installed the app on your phone? , then she will receive updates via Huawei AppGallery. Have you bought a new Huawei wearable? Then scan the qr code on the packaging.” The app has therefore been removed from the Play Store by Google because Huawei Health does not meet certain conditions for Google’s app store.
