How can I configure my shipping settings?

As a merchant on Wish, you can choose one of 3 different shipping options: ship to US only and ship to selected countries / regions.

Fast and reliable shipping is essential to customer satisfaction. We request that you fulfill orders within 5 days, ship the items using a trusted parcel delivery company, and provide a valid tracking number for the shipment. Orders that are not shipped within 5 calendar days of purchase will be refunded automatically.

Updating shipping settings

To set or change your shipping settings on wish, navigate to Account, then Shipping Settings on the merchant dashboard. You can also update your shipping settings through PUT API.

Here you can select either Ship to United States only or Ship to selected countries / regions. Be sure to click “Apply to Existing Unpromoted Products” after you finish to save your shipping settings.

  1. If you choose Send to United States only, items in your store may only be purchased by customers in the United States. The shipping charges that you set for your products are the shipping charges to customers in the United States only.
  2. If you choose Shipping to selected countries / regions, items in your store can be purchased by customers in the countries / regions that you select only. This allows you to choose which countries / regions your store can ship to. If you select “Add all countries”, items in your store can be purchased by customers around the world. The shipping charges you set are the shipping charges for customers in all countries supported by Wish. Keep in mind that these countries include those in Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Africa, and Australia. Under Shipping Settings, you can also set the overall shipping price at the country / region level for all Standard products.

How to set the overall shipping price at the country level?

  1. Click Account> Shipping Settings on the merchant dashboard.
  2. Under Shipping to United States only Where Shipping to selected countries / regions, you will be able to change the overall standard shipping cost of a country / region for all un-promoted products.
  3. Next to the country / region you want to change, select Use country / region shipping price from the drop-down list.
  4. Then enter the amount you want to apply to all non-promoted products
  5. When finished, select Apply to existing non-promoted products.

Now all non-promoted products, Standard Shipping, will have their international shipping set for that country / region.

FAQ Shipping Settings

Q: What is “Use Product Shipping Price”?

A: “Use product shipping price” means that the shipping price will be specified for each product individually when they are initially downloaded. You can also change the product shipping price on the Products page.

Q: What is “Use Country Shipping Price”?

A: “Set the default country price” means that the price you entered will be the standard shipping price for all of your existing non-promoted products that are shipped to this country / region.

Q: What products will be affected if I change the shipping settings and click the “Apply Changes” button?

A: All of your existing products in the main warehouse that are currently not being promoted will be affected. The shipping prices of products promoted or placed in warehouses will not be affected.
