Rotterdam

This year Sinterklaas will arrive in Rotterdam for the seventieth time, traditionally along the quay of Willemsplein on November 13 at 11:30 am. After this he will start his tour through the city and he will end at the Grotekerkplein (3 pm). You don’t need a QR code.

Amsterdam

Sinterklaas and all the helpers will sail into Amsterdam on Sunday 14 November between 10 am and 1.20 pm. He sails into the capital via the Weesperzijde of the Amstel. You don’t need a QR code.

The Hague

On Saturday, November 13, Sinterklaas and his entourage will arrive in the Port of Scheveningen at 11.15 am – the program starts from 10.30 am. Good to know: you can only attend the event on presentation of a valid entrance ticket and, for adults, a Corona ticket.

Utrecht

The Entry of Sinterklaas will take place in Utrecht on Sunday 14 November. The Vaartocht and the Parade through the city will continue as usual, the other parts have been canceled for this year due to the corona measures. So no public reception in the Weerdsluis and no event on the Domplein. Fortunately, there is ample opportunity to greet Sint along the route.

Tilburg

The saintly man and his helpers will moor on Sunday 14 November in the Piushaven in Tilburg. They then walk through the city center of Tilburg and are then welcomed by Mayor Weterings on Willemsplein. At Willemsplein you are obliged to show a valid QR code, this is not necessary along the route.

Leeuwarden

In Leeuwarden it’s a party on Saturday 13 November: Sinterklaas and his helpers sail into the Prinsentuin around noon. At around 12.15 pm, Sinterklaas gets on his horse Ozosnel and starts the entry through the city center with the cozy procession. You don’t need a QR code.

The saintly man will arrive in Goes on Saturday 20 November, traditionally in the harbor. He then gets into a carriage for a tour of the city. The times are not yet known. You don’t need a QR code.

Maastricht

On Saturday, November 13, around 10.40 am, Sinterklaas will moor with his boat in Maastricht (at the landing stage of Rederij Stiphout between Sint Servaasburg and Wilhelminabrug). Due to the corona measures, there is no great reception on the quay. There is, however, a driving tour of the city. You don’t need a QR code.
