Google Translate’s New Material You Widget: Here’s It

Google Translate’s Android app will soon be expanded with a sleek new widget. This new widget is cast in Material You theme and has already surfaced on screenshots.

Translating texts should soon be made even easier. The new widget from Google Translate is being developed for this. Mishaal Rahman, known in the Android circuit has shared screenshots of the new development. This is the new Material You-style widget. There will be a widget with saved translation jobs, as well as one that will give you instant shortcuts. Think of speech translation, the conversation mode and camera translations.

Google also shared an announcement pointing to a new widget being rolled out for Google Translate. It is unknown when Google will make the new feature available for Android.
