for sale from 649 euros’

We know more about the cost of the Pixel 6 series. The regular Pixel 6 will be for 649 euros, while you will pay 899 euros for the Pixel 6 Pro. Given the specifications that are already known about both devices, those prices do not seem bad.

Google Pixel 6 Pricing

In recent months, Google has already released quite a lot of information about its upcoming top devices: the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro. And if you put the information together with the many leaks, you can say that we already know a lot about the flagships. Youtuber Brandon Lee of This is Tech Today goes one step further and reveals the prizes.

You will be able to buy the Pixel 6 for 649 euros and for the Google Pixel 6 Pro you put down 899 euros. These are the European prices in one fell swoop, not converted amounts. Lee claims to have obtained them from a source who works for a European telecom provider. The devices were listed under the code names that Google uses. That’s “Oriole” for the Pixel 6 and “Raven” for the Pixel 6 Pro.

Price difference

But why is the price difference between the regular Pixel 6 and the Pro version so big? That is because the top device comes with a number of extras that automatically make it more expensive. For starters, it gets a larger 6.71-inch AMOLED screen that has curved edges and comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a higher resolution. The smartphone also gets an extra camera lens on the back, namely a periscope camera for a larger zoom range. The phone also supports ultra-wideband networks, which means it can in theory be used as a digital car key, among other things.

Youtuber Brandon Lee was also the first to distribute hands-on footage of the Pro version last week. In addition, we know that Google is finally paying more attention to fast charging. According to the latest rumors, we can expect both phones on October 19. What do you think about the leaked prices? Let us know in the comments at the bottom of this article.
