Samsung has just announced new products under the heading ‘Get Ready to Unfold’. In addition to new smartphones, there are also new smartwatches and a new headset from Samsung. We’ll update you on the Galaxy Watch 4 and the Galaxy Buds 2.

Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic

Today the new Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3 were announced, but there is more. The new Wear OS smartwatches from Samsung are a fact. The One UI Watch interface is placed on top of the interface of Google’s Wear OS, which should ensure a pleasant user experience. The fact that Samsung now opts for Wear OS instead of Tizen ensures that you can also download apps from the Google Play Store on your smartwatch.

Samsung has equipped the two models with a range of health features to help you understand your overall health. So you can track your sleep and more. Thanks to the BioActive sensor you can measure your blood pressure, heart rate and the oxygen percentage in your blood. Furthermore, thanks to Body Composition it should be possible to map your body composition. Think of muscle mass, fat percentage, resting metabolism and body water.

Both the Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic feature a Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass and an Exynos W920 dual-core processor from Samsung’s band. There is 16GB of internal storage and 1.5GB of RAM. They are waterproof up to 5 meters and have received the IP68 certification. There is WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC and there will also be a 4G version.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 comes in two sizes; 44mm and 40mm. The largest size is available in black, green and silver, the 40mm in black, rose gold and silver. There is an aluminum housing and a 1.4-inch or 1.2-inch screen, depending on the model. The resolution of the screen is 450 x 450 pixels (44mm) and 396 x 396 pixels for the 40mm version. The battery capacity is 361 mAh for the largest model, 247 mAh for the 40 mm model.

Then there is the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, which is marketed as a premium smartwatch with a stainless steel housing. It appears in black and silver. The 46mm version has a 450 x 450 pixel resolution and a 361 mAh battery. The 42mm model has a resolution of 396 x 396 pixels and a 247 mAh battery.

Samsung lets you order the new smartwatches from Samsung and Coolblue with a free wireless charger. Sales in our country will start from August 27. We have listed the prices for you below;

Thanks to the two-way speakers, you can enjoy clear high notes and deep bass. Of course, Samsung has equipped the Galaxy Buds 2 with active noise reduction.

If you would still like to hear the ambient sounds, you can choose from three different modes, in which the degree of environment can be heard. Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 is available in the colors Graphite, White, Olive and Lavender. With Active Noise Cancellation on, you can do 5 hours on a full battery, with ANC off this is 7.5 hours. Use the charging case in between, then the total battery life is 20 and 29 hours. The price of the Galaxy Buds 2 is 149 euros.
