Toddlers from Limburg primary school find cocaine in the morning break and taste it

The parents of four toddlers must have been shocked when it turned out that their children had tasted cocaine leftovers. They found the bag just next to the primary school gate PassePartout in Tegelen.

This reports newspaper The Limburger.

The children found the bag during the morning break. An employee, who was on surveillance, saw it happen and immediately called the police. The children were examined in the hospital and fortunately were able to go home in good health.

Rob Thuijls, director of School Umbrella Kerobei, tells the newspaper: “It can never be completely prevented, I think. We inspect our own site, but not the area outside it. (…) I am especially pleased that the employees intervened so accurately. There was nothing wrong with the children either.”

The school says it is very shocked by the incident, which took place last Monday.
