Elden Ring: Holy Tears – All localities on the map & in the video

In Elden Ring, you can find Sacred Tears to use them to increase the amount of HP and FP recovered when using a potion. At this point we show you the locations of all 12 Holy Tears so that you can quickly upgrade your bottles.

Find & use Holy Tears

At the start of the game, your flasks only produce a small amount of LP and FP. But for stronger potions you just have to find Holy Tears. These are small golden goblets that you at the foot of statues inside churches finds. You can get to the locations of many of these churches relatively easily at the beginning of the game.

If you have a Holy Teardrop in your inventory, you can use it by sitting at any Place of Grace and the menu items Bottles → Reinforce Bottles selects. Confirms the use of the teardrop to permanently increase the effectiveness of the potions. You can then recognize this by a +1 to +12 next to the bottle names.

You can upgrade your bottles of Tears of Heaven and Crimson Tears to a maximum of +12. Accordingly, the maximum number of Holy Tears per playthrough is 12. In the New Game Plus you can then collect more tears, but you cannot use them for further bottle upgrades. By the way, the bottle of the wondrous medicine cannot be strengthened with holy tears.
