Dutch Netflix Original Forever Rich trailer now available
Another Dutch Netflix Original is on the way, namely Forever Rich. The first trailer has been released and here’s what to expect!
After the success of Undercover, we had to wait and see what the next Dutch Netflix Original would bring. The American streaming service is committed to globally produced content. So not just Hollywood movies and series, but content made all over the world. And the Netherlands is also participating.
The latest Dutch Netflix Original is called Forever Rich. It is a film directed and written by Shady El-Hamus in collaboration with Jeroen Scholten. Netflix describes the film as follows:
Forever Rich is a blood-curdling thriller from director Shady El-Hamus, known from De Libi, among others. Up-and-coming rapper Richie is about to break through, but just before his most important performance yet, he is violently robbed of his watch. To exact revenge and save his reputation, a thrilling cat-and-mouse game follows in which Richie goes further and further.

The cast includes Jonas Smulders as rapper Richie, Daniël Kolf, Sinem Kavus, Hadewych Minis and Yootha Wong-Loi-Sing. You can watch the trailer below. Netflix describes it as a thriller with a touch of comedy in the Rap & Hip-Hop category. Forever Rich will be released on Netflix October 1.
