Drake Achieves Apple Music and Spotify Records with Certified Lover Boy
Drake released his new album this week Certified Lover Boy and the rapper sets records on Apple Music and Spotify. He does better than Kanye West and his album Donda, which saw the light of day last week and also broke a listening record.
Apple Music announces that Drake has become the most streamed artist and Certified Lover Boy is the most streamed album in less than 24 hours. There is no precise information on the number of plays. Regarding Donda by Kanye West, it was 60 million US streams in the first 24 hours.
Breaking single day records. 🦉@Drake is now the most streamed artist, and #CertifiedLoverBoy is the most streamed album, in less than 24 hours on Apple Music in 2021.

Drake is also very successful with Apple Music’s competitor, Spotify. The platform reveals that Certified Lover Boy was the most listened to album in a day. Suffice to say that all is well for the Canadian rapper.
