After Google previously left little to the imagination with its Pixel 6 series, the Pixel 6 wallpapers have now also been leaked. There are 12 in total and we immediately know the screen resolution of both devices. Download the backgrounds here.

12 official wallpapers of the Pixel 6 series have been leaked. 9To5Google tricked the Google Wallpapers app into believing they were using a Pixel 6. They were then shown the all-new bundle of wallpapers from the ‘Just For Fun’ section.

We see a clearly recognizable drawing style and two clear themes. The first theme is food and drink in which fruit can be seen each time. This ranges from a number of slices of melons to an ice cream cone. On the other hand, there are also backgrounds that are more focused on people and their hobbies. We see street artists, musicians and photographers, among others.

Screen resolution leaked

We also discover, thanks to these wallpapers, the screen resolutions of the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. The Pixel 6 is rumored to have a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen and has a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The Pixel 6 Pro, on the other hand, comes with a larger 6.71-inch panel that has a higher resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels.

Google is creative with each of these wallpapers with the small selfie camera that sits in the middle of the screen. Sometimes the camera is a melon seed, while other times it serves as a microphone, as a headset or just really as a camera lens of a photographer in the picture. It also remains to be seen how each of these backgrounds will deal with Google’s Material You design.

After the information Google released about the phones on Monday, we also learned that the photo can focus out of focus photos thanks to artificial intelligence.
