Do you have a flagship Xiaomi smartphone and want to test Android 12? No problem

Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has announced in its community forum that it is opening a registration to test the stable Android 12. Owners of the flagships Xiaomi Mi 11, Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11i can apply with the global version of the MIUI superstructure. The Gizmochina portal informs about the novelty.

Xiaomi: 200 users will get the opportunity to test the new system

Selected fans of the brand will have the opportunity to test the new system and provide useful feedback to the manufacturer before the official release. The test program is intended for users who do not mind deficiencies in system stability, performance or possibly battery life.

Xiaomi is currently looking for 200 testers, who will then report the errors found to the company via the Telegram chat application. Registration is still running, so if you are interested, you can log in at the end of the company’s post in its community forum, where you will also find more information. The program is likely to be extended to users of other devices later.

Since this is a final test of the stable version just before the release of the update for all users, the release of a new version of the Android operating system is probably very close. It is expected that this testing will not take long unless any critical errors occur in the system.

Android 12 will soon be available to owners of competing devices

Google Pixel users who decided to take part in the testing were the first to try out the new version of the operating system. Before the release of the final version of Android 12, Samsung recently launched the beta program, but so far only in the USA.
