Dead Space Remake is slated for release in January 2023

In a live stream, developer Motive showed more impressions of what fans can expect for Dead Space Remake. The game will for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S appear and should visually develop thanks to the modern hardware Dead Space. Because it’s a remake, the horror classic is being redesigned from the ground up to continue delighting fans 14 years later.

At the end of the stream, the planned release date was even announced. The Dead Space Remake is scheduled for January 27, 2023 appear. You can expect a first full look at the game in autumn 2022, just in time for Halloween.

Of the Plasma Cutter from Dead Space is definitely one of the more famous weapons in video game history and has almost cult status among fans of the series. Both in the comments below the tweet and in one Reddit thread the developers are the fans full of praise for the sound improvements. Many are also very happy that the developers take fan feedback seriously. Some may find it hard to believe that this type of community interaction is actually an Electronic Arts studio. It would certainly be in the interests of the fans if Motive continued to deal with feedback in this way until the planned release.

Dead Space Remake is slated for release in early 2023

The development of the Dead Space remake seems to be going well. According to an announcement by the official Twitter account, the new edition of the horror classic, which was only announced in July 2021 early 2023 appear.

The developers presented the current status of the project in a stream. The remake is already fully playable in a pre-alpha version. The stream was all about that sound design of Dead Space, an area that is extremely important for atmospheric horror games. There was also interesting information about a previously announced deviation from the template. In the original, protagonist Isaac Clarke is still mute, but not in the remake.
