Whether you are a driver or a passenger, this new carpooling service will allow you to save money on a daily basis while choosing an eco-responsible alternative for your trips in the suburbs and downtown.
Payment for a shared journey will be made by credit card and in a secure manner, directly via the application.
Citygoo now works in major cities. If you are in the provinces, do not hesitate to talk about it around you and to make it known via your social networks in order to grow the community and thus benefit from it throughout the territory.
Functioning :
If you are a passenger
– Indicate your route and offer a price, then choose your driver from the proposals received.
– Follow in real time the arrival of your driver. You can even call him if needed.
– Enjoy your ride.
– Pay directly through the Citygoo app.
– Leave a rating for your driver.
If you are a driver
– Receive carpooling requests from nearby passengers and choose the ones that interest you.
– Let yourself be guided on the map to the pick-up point of your passenger. You can call him if needed.
– Carpool together to your destination.
– Once the journey has been made, receive payment on your personal and secure space via the application.
– Leave a rating for your passenger.
The price offered by the user-passenger or by the application for a trip with a user-driver includes the Citygoo operating costs (16.7% excluding tax + 20% VAT) which are deducted from the price offered for the amount credited to the user-driver.
