Ciao Alberto: Pixar teases a short film which is in a way the “sequel” of the film Luca

We weren’t expecting that. Pixar has teased just a few hours ago the short film Ciao Alberto, whose action takes place in the small Italian village of the animated film Luca. As we know (attention spoiler), Luca left the village to continue his studies, but his friend Alberto stayed to lend a hand to Massimo Marcovaldo, the slightly gruff father of the bubbly Giulia. If Alberto turns out to be very useful for bringing back fish, it’s a whole different song for more everyday tasks, and Massimo will have to show a lot of patience …

The gags seem to fuse in all directions, and as often with Pixar, the short format will not prevent the development of a narrative necessarily worked with small onions. Ciao Alberto will be available on Disney + on November 12th.
