Cake Makka: the coolest electric scooter

A beautiful design and available in several variants. This is the new Cake Makka, an electric scooter with a cool appearance.

This week Cake presented the latest electric scooter. The two-wheeler is called Makka. The thing comes in two variants. The Flex, which is the most powerful variant, and the Range with the focus on range. The Flex has a top speed of 45 km/h and with the Range you can only go 25 km/h. The latter was devised to be able to ride on the bicycle path without a driver’s license. But unfortunately we have different rules in the Netherlands.

You can think of all kinds of configurations to put together your Makka. There are standard 8 different configurations to choose from. For example, a version with a fully-fledged second seat, a child seat or a version with extra space to take things with you.

Prices start at 3,500 euros for the Cake Makka range. The stated range is 60 kilometers. The Flex comes a little less far with a range of 50 kilometers. But the advantage of that version is that it can drive a bit faster. Cake will deliver the new electric scooters in 2022. It is now possible to place a pre-order. In any case, you have a cool and unique two-wheeler with this Makka, whichever version you choose.
