The Pixel Buds Pro are Google’s new wireless earphones with active noise cancellation. That noise cancellation uses Silent Seal to conform to your ear and block out outside noises. This provides a quiet environment in which your music comes into its own. The earphones have 1.1 cm speaker drivers that ensure that music sounds powerful, but nuanced. The Pixel Buds Pro have 11 hours and 7 hours of battery life with ANC enabled. The earbuds can be charged wirelessly and are splash-proof via IPX4. Furthermore, there are three microphones and a speech sensor on the Pixel Buds Pro. You use the capacitive touch sensors for music, calls and Google Assistant operation. There is also a sensor that can see that you have the earplugs in. This allows the Pixel Buds Pro to automatically play music when you put them in and pause when you take them out.

Later this year, the earplugs will receive Spatial Audio and multi-point connection. With the first function, the earplugs follow the movements of your head and adjust the sound accordingly. With multi-point connection, you can pair the earphones with two devices at the same time.
