Sony Xperia 1 III appears in first renders: with new hotkey
Samsung is coming with the S21 series, Sony will soon be expanding the line with the Xperia 1 III. The third generation of the 1 Series comes with a number of design changes, including the addition of a new hotkey.

This year we can expect a new high-end smartphone from Sony. We see expansion for the Xperia 1 series. The device will be named Sony Xperia 1 III and now we get to see the first images of the device. The smartphone has been disclosed by leaker OnLeaks. He made the images of the information known to him so far.
The Sony Xperia 1 III will have the recognizable design, but will be a bit smaller than the current model. The dimensions would amount to 161.6 x 67.3 x 8.4 millimeters. It is a bit thicker, but otherwise more compact. The current Xperia 1 II has the dimensions 165.1 x 71.1 x 7.6 millimeters. We also come across a 6.5-inch 4K OLED screen and a triple camera on the back. It is expected that at least a periscope lens will be present.
In line with expectations, the device will also receive 5G support, a 3.5 millimeter connection for a headset, a MicroSD card slot, two front-facing speakers and a new hotkey. It is not entirely clear what this is linked to. It is quite possible that this is for the Google Assistant, or that Sony may have added the option to link an action to it.
