Kek Mama columnist Patricia van Liemt back on the radio after three years
Great news: after three years of absence, Kek Mama columnist Patricia van Liemt returns to radio. From Friday 4 November she can be heard every Friday afternoon between 2 and 4 on Wild FM Hitradio, a regional station of Noord-Holland and Flevoland.
Together with Rolien Magendanks, known for the podcast ‘How much am I worth?’, she can be heard weekly on the radio station.
Old familiar place
Wild FM is no stranger to Patricia: her radio career once started with the station: ‘Both Rolien and I started our career at Wild FM. We didn’t know that at first,” she says. After a trip to 100% NL and Qmusic, she returns to where it all started for her. Turning over your career after your fortieth is often exciting, says Patricia in the press release. ‘But why wouldn’t you? In theory, you are only halfway through your working life. Our message is that you are never too old to learn something new or to pursue that long cherished dream.’ What can you expect from the radio show? “Our interests (spirituality, feminism, sex, books, podcasts, work, columns) will be recurring themes in the Pat & Ro show,” said the Kek Mama columnist.

Sidekick from Barry Paf
Patricia was last heard on the radio at 100% NL in 2019, when she was sidekick of Barry Paf on the morning show. Because the radio station wanted more space for direct contact with listeners, they decided that Barry Paf would make the morning show alone. Patricia then announced that she was looking forward to a future full of new radio adventures. Three years later the time has come and she returns to an old, familiar place for her.
