YouTube without advertising: this is how YouTube Vanced works

Google’s own YouTube app is full of annoyances. For example, you can’t watch YouTube without advertising or use the mini player in the background unless you take out a subscription. The app is also full of things you should not disable, such as self-playing stories and (often dubious) video recommendations. Fortunately, there is YouTube Vanced.
