iPhone 14 will not be more expensive (but in the Netherlands it is)

The iPhone 14 is rumored to be no more expensive. Nevertheless, there is a good chance that we in the Netherlands will pay more for the successor of the iPhone 13. What’s up with that?

First, the skyrocketing inflation is not easy. Large companies such as Apple are also seeing their money depreciate by the day. In addition, the strong dollar price of recent times also plays a role in the price of the iPhone 14.

iPad 2022 gets a new design, but keeps the home button

Later this year, Apple will release the tenth version of the regular iPad. The website MySmartPrice managed to get hold of rough renders. If those are correct, the design of the affordable tablet will finally get an update.

The bezels above and below the screen are thinner, but they’re not even on the sides, like on the iPad Air and iPad Pro. This leaves room for the home button. Actually, we thought Apple would say goodbye to that this year.

Streaming services HBO Max and Discovery Plus continue together

HBO Max and Discovery Plus to merge. The merger will take place in 2023. First up is the United States; other countries will follow later.

The merger is striking, as HBO Max was launched last March. It therefore seems that the streaming service is not a success.
