Xiaomi smartphone with a huge battery at a great price

Not only Aldi has really good smartphone offers from time to time, but also Lidl. In the coming week, the discounter will be offering a Xiaomi cell phone with a large battery that is being sold at a really seductively low price. However, there is a small catch with this model.

Lidl sells Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 for 99.99 euros

If you are looking for a cheap Android smartphone, you can have a look at Lidl on June 20, 2022. That’s what’s going to happen there on Monday Redmi Note 9 sold by Xiaomi for only 99.99 euros. This is an in-store offer only. The brochure specifically points out that you can only get your mobile phone at the checkout.

The price of 99.99 euros for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is excellent. Xiaomi itself currently wants 180 euros for it (see Xiaomi). MediaMarkt even calls for the recommended retail price of 200 euros (check out MediaMarkt). The cheapest retailer is Galaxus at 160 euros (look at Galaxus). You can already see that the mobile phone is much more expensive at other dealers. The number of items at Lidl should be limited per branch. So if you want your cell phone, you should go to Lidl as early as possible and go directly to the checkout or ask beforehand whether cell phones are still available.

This is what the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 can do:

What does the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 have to offer?

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 was launched in 2020 and is almost two years old. It is a mid-range smartphone with good features. Underneath one 6.53 inch display with Full HD resolution, an octa-core processor and 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The latter can be increased using a microSD card. You don’t even have to do without a fingerprint sensor and the camera has a resolution of 48 MP. A highlight is definitely the 5,020 mAh battery, which ensures a long runtime.

When it comes to software, you will have to cut back on a two-year-old Xiaomi smartphone. You will continue to receive security updates for some time, but Android 13 will probably no longer be available for this smartphone. For the price of 100 euros, the smartphone is still a really good offer.
