Xiaomi Mi 11
After the launch in China, the Mi 11, the new Xiaomi flagship, is also coming to the Netherlands. The phone will be available for pre-order from February 26th and will retail for a suggested retail price of $ 849. The phone will come first with Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 888 chipset

Let’s start with the screen of the Mi 11. Xiaomi chose for the first time for a higher QHD screen resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels. It is still an AMOLED screen, and Xiaomi uses a larger 6.81 inch screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
Interestingly, the screen has curved edges on all four sides of the screen, and there is a camera notch in the left corner. The panel is further protected from scratches and fall damage by Gorilla Glass Victus. The back of the housing is also made of glass and the fingerprint scanner has a place under the screen of the Mi 11. The fingerprint scanner can also measure the heart rate of users. Xiaomi has also partnered with Harman Kardon to optimize its dual speaker.

The Mi 11 has a 4600 mAh battery under its housing and this phone comes with a 55 watt fast charger. The phone also supports wireless charging with a power of 50 watts. You can also charge other devices wirelessly in reverse with a 10 watt power.

Xiaomi is also coming with a minor update to its MIUI 12 shell and in version 12.5 system optimizations are central. The user interface and gestures now weigh less heavily on the CPU consumption and that also benefits the power consumption. Thanks to the improvements, animations also look smoother.
An important improvement is that you can now choose to remove the majority of the system app. For example, on Xiaomi’s Mi 11 you can use both the Mi Browser and Google Chrome. Users can now choose to remove the Mi apps. The update will be available from the second quarter of 2021 and will therefore come to the Mi 10T, 10T Pro, Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro. The new Xiaomi Mi 11 also comes right out of the box with Android 11.
