Xiaomi records 131% growth in France
Canalys data is split into two parts. First, the sales figures in Europe are detailed. At the top of this ranking is Samsung, which in Europe represents 35% of the market with a slight progression in terms of growth. It is then Xiaomi with its 23% market share that comes in second place. Thanks to an increase of 85%, the brand overtakes Apple in Europe. The Cupertino company is also making progress with a 19% market share. It is then Oppo in fourth position with a growth of 153%. The top 5 is completed by Huawei, which is still losing ground.
In France, the trend is slightly different. If the top 3 is unchanged, Xiaomi is following Apple. The American company and the Chinese brand are neck and neck with 23 and 21 market share in France. The trend is for the Asian firm with a total growth of 131% and it is not about to stop. With the Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11i arriving soon, the company should still seduce in the coming weeks. Samsung still sits at the top of sales in France. In fourth place is Wiko which with 6% of market share manages to seduce despite everything. Finally Huawei falls to fifth position with 4% of overall sales.
