Well-equipped smartphone at an affordable price

Motorola is coming up with another affordable innovation that, despite its extremely low price, boasts interesting specifications. The Motorola moto e40 offers a 6.5 ″ IPS LCD display with a 90 Hz refresh rate, a 48 MP primary camera or a 5,000 mAh battery. The manufacturer informed about the novelty through a press release.

Good equipment for only 139 euros

The smartphone is dominated by a 6.5 ″ IPS LCD display with a 90 Hz refresh rate, which is sure to please in this price range. The display has a relatively small cutout on the 8 MP selfie camera. On the back we find three cameras, while the primary sensor offers 48 MP resolution. It is complemented by a 2 MP depth and 2 MP macro sensor. At the back we also find a fingerprint sensor, which is hidden in the manufacturer’s logo.

The processor will take care of the performance UNISOC T700 together with 4 GB RAM. There is 64 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded with a microSD card up to 1 TB. As with other Motorola devices, a large battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh will provide great endurance. Unfortunately, this model lacks wireless charging support, it only supports 10 W cable charging.

Competition

A similar set of specifications is offered by the Galaxy A12 from the workshop of the South Korean manufacturer Samsung, and as a bonus it also has another 5 MP ultra-wide sensor and NFC support, but on the other hand it lacks a high refresh rate. The even more affordable Samsung Galaxy A03s model is also interesting, but it offers a worse set of cameras.

For a slightly higher price, you can buy the Redmi Note 10 model, which compared to the moto e40 model brings a better AMOLED display, stereo speakers and an 8 MP ultra-wide sensor. It is also worth mentioning the OnePlus Nord N100 smartphone, which is distinguished mainly by worse cameras.
