We know when the stable MIUI 13 arrives at the first devices

The stable MIUI 13 should arrive at the first facility in a few weeks. Today we already know what the models will be. They will be primarily flagship models. The report is provided by the Gizchina portal.

Stable MIUI 13 coming soon for some flagships

Director Xiaomi, Lei Jun, already indicated to us in August that MIUI 13 would come later this year. The company hopes to repair its reputation and please its fans with the new version of MIUI 13. The older version of the MIUI 12 superstructure suffered from various errors – poorer battery life, bugs, jams, etc. MIUI 12.5 Enhanced improved the situation, but there was still a small amount of dissatisfaction, especially from Xiaomi.

We also know which devices will receive a stable MIUI 13 thanks to the developer kacskrz, who discovered MIUI V13.0.0.1.SKACNXM in the system code. He also discovered a list of devices that will receive MIUI 13 soon. These are 9 models that are currently in internal testing:

  • Xiaomi Mi MIX 4
  • Xiaomi Mi 11
  • Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro
  • Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra
  • Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite
  • Xiaomi Mi 10S
  • Redmi K40
  • Redmi K40 Pro (probably Poco F3)
  • Redmi K40 Pro + (known to us as Xiaomi Mi 11i)

When will MIUI 13 come out?

Xiaomi is organizing a conference on December 16, where we expect to present the latest generation of its flagship Xiaomi 12. It should be launched with MIUI 13. Similarly, last year at Xiaomi Mi 11, which came to market with MIUI 12.5.

However, those who are already looking forward to Xiaomi 12 will have to wait at least a month or two. It took about a long time for Xiaomi Mi 11 to reach us. We don’t know much about its specifications yet, it should bring Snapdragon 898 (or Snapdragon 8 Gen. 1?), Probably up to three 50 MP cameras, a top OLED display and so on.

MIUI 13 will bring significant news

We expect new widgets, customized notification bar, control panel, new system animations, smoother operation, better endurance, virtual memory engagement, better power management and improved privacy settings.

The CEO of Redmi is also looking forward to a stable MIUI 13. When tested, he was impressed with the endurance of the Redmi Note 11 Pro smartphone (which, by the way, was still not introduced for the rest of the world), adding that MIUI 13 was responsible for the mentioned better endurance. So the owners of Xiaomi or Redmi facilities have something to look forward to.

Our tip

The legendary Pocophone F1 will no longer be available to MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition
