We know the Smart Operator of the Year and the winner of the smartphone for 500 euros
Smart Operátor 2021 is the first year of a unique survey in which, in cooperation with readers, we are looking for the best Slovak operator in terms of smart functions.
As is the case with our already established Smart Bank or Smart Insurance Company competitions, in which tens of thousands of voters regularly participate, Smart Operator brings with it objective evaluation based on the preferences of the respondents obtained from our survey.
The evaluation was focused mainly on the possibilities and quality of services of individual operators in the field of smart functionalities. This means that what the customer can equip directly through their smartphone.
Results of the Smart Operator 2021 survey
The vote took place from 20.5.2021 to 30.6.2021. Based on the votes cast and specific smart functions, we met the best Slovak Smart Operator 2021, which is becoming Telekom.

The winner of the smartphone of your choice
From the readers who took part in the competition and voted for the functionality of the operators, we drew one who wins – a smartphone of your choice worth 500 euros. He becomes the winner Marek Olšavský. Congratulations and thanks to everyone who took part in the competition and cast their votes.
How we evaluated
In the survey, we evaluated a total of 24 functionalities of the operator’s mobile application, but not all of them have the same weight. We found out the importance of individual functionalities on the basis of a questionnaire filled out by readers. Operators then earned points for each functionality. The more important the functionality for the users, the more points the operator earned for it. We also took into account the readers’ opinion on the overall satisfaction with their operator, its application and user environment.
Since some operators are not tied to their services, they do not need the functionality that was tied to the ties. But that doesn’t mean they were cut by points. They received them in the same way as those operators who offer their services with a binding and should have these functionalities. This is, for example, the display of the end of a bond and the like.
