Waze adds Christmas spirit to navigation app: this is how you use it

You can use many different navigation apps to navigate with your smartphone. One of these is Waze. The developers of this application have now added new features that bring the app into a Christmas spirit.

With only two weeks to go, Christmas is getting closer and closer. In the streets it breathes December atmosphere and many people already have their Christmas tree set up and decorated. Navigation app Waze also dives into the Christmas spirit and now comes with extra options for the Christmas season. You can turn on the Christmas atmosphere in the settings with various options. However, these are only available if Waze is used in the English language.

The options that become available are, for example, Santa Claus, who you see as an icon on the map between the other Waze users. You can also change the vehicle icon to the Christmas sleigh. In English, the possibility is also available to adapt the navigation instructions to Santa Claus while driving. The instructions will then be told by Santa. You can turn each component on or off individually.
