Waylon about sick Bibi Breijman: ‘She is in a dark room’

Bibi is currently pregnant with her second child. Just like during Teddy’s pregnancy, she suffers from hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), severe pregnancy vomiting. How serious is that? “It’s just vomiting 24/7,” Waylon tells RTL Boulevard. ‘She’s in a dark room. She can’t have anything, she can’t bear light, everything is too much. I find it degrading.’

Not ‘a little nauseous’

Earlier this month, Bibi was hospitalized. ‘She doesn’t keep any nutrients down. At some point you just have to go to the hospital to get some. You can’t hold back a sip of water’, Waylon continues. Not everyone understands how terrible the situation really is. ‘Some people think: don’t complain like that. “I’ve also been nauseous during my pregnancy.” But with all due respect to every woman: this is a bit different from being a little nauseous.’ Fortunately, everything is going well with the baby. “As the doctor explained to us, the baby is the perfect parasite, taking exactly what he or she needs.”
