watchOS 9.3.1 and tvOS 16.3.2 are available
Apple has just released updates for the Apple Watch and Apple TV, namely watchOS 9.3.1 (build 20S664) and tvOS 16.3.2 (build 20K672). They succeed watchOS 9.3 and tvOS 16.3.1.
Apple is not very talkative about what’s new with watchOS 9.3.1 for the Apple Watch. The group is content to mention general improvements and fixes. Conversely, the watchOS 9.3 update was more detailed:
This update features a new Unity wallpaper to honor black history and culture in celebration of Black History Month, security keys for Apple ID, and includes more improvements, bug fixes and security updates for your iPhone. Some features may not be available in all regions or on all Apple devices.
To download watchOS 9.3.1, open the Apple Watch app on the iPhone attached to the watch. Then go to My watch > General > Software update. watchOS 9.3.1 will appear, you can start the download and then proceed with the installation.
On the Apple TV side, we find tvOS 16.3.2. Again, Apple isn’t verbose about the changes, only mentioning general performance and stability improvements.
To update your Apple TV to tvOS 16.3.2, go to Settings > System > Software Updates > Update Software. Otherwise, the update will download and install automatically over the next few days (assuming you haven’t turned off automatic updates).
