VW announces the end of the Golf with a combustion engine
Volkswagen boss Schäfer has made a decision: In all likelihood there will not be a Golf 9 with a combustion engine. For the 50th anniversary of the Golf in 2024, the eighth model generation is to be given another facelift – and then phased out.
