Vodafone has been struggling with a failure on the mobile network since about 1.30 pm. The website of allestoringen.nl shows that hundreds of complaints have been received since 1 p.m. Customers experience problems with calling, receiving calls and mobile internet. Several municipalities, GGDs and courts are also unreachable by telephone due to the malfunction.

The provider has just posted the following message on its forum: “At the moment you may experience problems with the use of mobile data and making and receiving calls. At the same time, our internal customer systems are also not available. So it is not possible at the moment. to access your data or make changes. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible.”

Human error?

It is not known what the cause of the malfunction is and when the malfunction will be resolved. The last outage last week was related to human error.
