Vodafone is struggling with mobile network disruption on Tuesday

All morning, customers of provider Vodafone have been reporting a malfunction in the mobile network. This is a problem that has not yet been resolved everywhere.

Malfunction at Vodafone

Telecom provider Vodafone is struggling with a malfunction in the Netherlands, the company itself reports. Customers of the red-colored provider report experiencing reduced coverage, as well as problems with calling, texting and surfing the web.

The problems started just after 8:00 am this morning. The problems would occur on the 4G and 5G network. In addition, customers report that they are also experiencing problems using the Vodafone app.

After eleven Vodafone sent out an update; the malfunction would be largely resolved, but this is not yet the case for everyone. In the meantime, Vodafone customers (and also subsidiaries Hollandsnieuwe and Ziggo Mobiel) can make calls and use the internet via the 2G network by forcing this in the phone’s settings.
