Vodafone mobile network failure
Vodafone has been struggling with a malfunction on the mobile network since 2.20 pm. The website of Allestoringen.nl shows that almost 14,000 complaints have been received in that short period of time. Also on Twitter it rains complaints with the telecom provider. The complaints again concern a 4G and 5G connection that does not work. The slower Edge network sometimes still works. Network and range issues are also reported.

Vodafone is aware
Vodafone has reported the following on its forum: “According to the tweet above, it is also not yet aware of the problems. The company asks for and receives responses. Many people respond about the 4G internet connection not working. also not possible for most. There is currently a malfunction. As a result, you may experience problems with calling, texting and using data via 4G and 5G. We are aware of the problem. We are working hard to to resolve this as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
According to Vodafone, you can try the following: “You can turn your device off and on again. In 9 out of 10 cases this will solve the problem.” People respond that this doesn’t work for them. Kevin reports on All Failures that turning airplane mode on and off works. At least not at the editorial office, Patrick can’t do anything with his phone now. Thanks Kevin.
