TomTom Go Navigation is an improved navigation app for truck drivers
Truck drivers can already download numerous navigation apps with their smartphone, but these are not geared to transport by truck. TomTom Go Navigation is now, useful for the truck driver.

The TomTom Go Navigation review previously appeared on DroidApp, in which we extensively discussed the navigation app. Now a new update for the application has been released, which is specifically intended for the truck driver. From now on, in addition to navigating, it is also possible for them to take certain things into account. Think of the dimensions of the vehicle, the fuel requirements, the desired maximum speed and the load (such as hazardous substances). That way, a correct route can be given.
With the new version of TomTom Go Navigation, truck drivers can plan multiple stops in a row. During the route you can see which gas stations are suitable for the vehicle and there are also special truck stops. Other useful features we know from the app, such as lane guidance, live traffic information and the route bar with route information, are also present when you are on the truck.
TomTom has come up with even more improvements for the future. For example, a future update should ensure that low-emission zones are taken into account. The version for trucks and cars can be combined, so you don’t have to buy two licenses. The price is EUR 99.99 for twelve months, whereby you can temporarily use the introductory price of EUR 49.99. You can also opt for a monthly subscription for 14.99 euros. The service can be used worldwide, with the exception of Russia and Belarus.
