Bitcoin is below $30,000 for the first time in a long time

Oops, Bitcoin plunges below a new psychological threshold of $30,000. That was a while ago!

Lately, things have not been going so well with Bitcoin. At least, if you start from a growth forecast. The most famous cryptocurrency in the world is in calm waters, but made a sudden plunge today. Bitcoin even went below $30,000. We hardly experienced that this year.

In fact, we have to go back to January 2021 to see Bitcoin below $30,000. Since the beginning of this year, the currency has really only been on the rise. It even reached a high of about $67,000 on Coindesk. The value has more than halved and for now the value is falling further instead of the other way around.

For now, the decline is short-lived. The currency fell to $29,470, but bounced back up shortly afterwards. Was it flirting with a new low, or is Bitcoin going further down? In any case, it has been a very exciting year. In a short time, the coin has gone from a very high price value to a much lower value. Nevertheless, a value of about 30,000 dollars can still be called substantial. There have been much deeper troughs for Bitcoin. That does not seem to be the case for the time being.
