This super festive breakfast trifle is perfect for Easter and you can make in no time

Easter and festive breakfast with family go hand in hand. From boiled or fried eggs to Easter bread or delicious cake: you can make it as elaborate as you want. This delicious Easter dish should also not be missing from your dining table. You can make it (yourself or with your child) in no time, it looks fantastic and is also very healthy.

You need this:

  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 4-6 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 liter full-fat yogurt Organic PLUS or plant-based yogurt
  • 3 passion fruits
  • ½ sachet breakfast enricher cranberry & seeds (200 g each)
  • 300 g crispy muesli red fruits (pack 600 g)
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 250 g blueberries
  • Glass bowl

To work:

  1. Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the marrow. Mix the pith and maple syrup into the yogurt. Cut the passion fruit in half and keep one half for garnish. Scoop out the pulp and stir into the yogurt. Divide 1/3 of the yogurt over the bowl. Sprinkle with breakfast enricher and muesli.
  2. Remove the stems from the strawberries. Halve the strawberries and cut larger ones into wedges. Divide 1/3 of the strawberries, raspberries and currants over the muesli. Repeat two more times, ending with fruit and the retained passion fruit.

Tip:

Less healthy but more festive? Crumble a crumbled chocolate bar over it.
