And that means that all data is pressed through one ‘memory line’, and not through two at the same time. Now that is not one-to-one comparable to half as fast presentations, but it does ensure that your MacBook can read data from the disks much more slowly, and copy it to external media more slowly. Fortunately, there is an easy solution to this problem.
