YouTuber Matthew Beem wanted to try to make the world’s largest iPhone. And as you can see in the video below, he actually succeeded. The iPhone is a lot bigger than Apple’s largest iPhone. The iPhone 14 Pro Max is 160.8 mm high. This huge iPhone is about 7 feet high, which is just over 2.1 meters!
The cool thing is that the largest iPhone in the world also works completely. This isn’t just a screen you can swipe on. No, almost everything works: you can make a payment via Apple Pay, use apps, take a selfie and it is possible to watch a video.
In the video, the YouTuber shows how he made the largest iPhone ever. For example, he uses a huge television for the screen and puts a laser in the edges to make the screen touch-sensitive. However, it does not show the other hardware. Presumably he uses the television’s software (Android) to run a special version of Apple’s operating system.
That doesn’t make the end result any less important. Even YouTuber MKBHD thought it was impressive and renamed the largest iPhone in the world the iPhone 14 Pro Max Ultra. He even put a price tag on it: $2,000. Would you buy this iPhone?
