Personally, I was always very skeptical about such massage devices. Since I often have neck pain from racing bikes, I tried a similar part with my parents and was thrilled. Especially in combination with the red light function, this is really a great thing. You simply lie down and have your neck or back massaged.

I do this regularly now and have much less pain or get rid of it faster without having to take any medication or ointments. So I can absolutely recommend such a product from personal experience, but I bought a model with a strap because it gives me more control over where I get the massage (check it out on Amazon). There are also large massage mats, but I haven’t tried them yet.
