Responsible, tasty and then it also has to look nice: it is quite something, coming up with a treat for the nursery. We give you a helping hand with the tips below for children of 1 year.
raisins
Always good and you can use it in all directions. For example, wrap the box with a cheerful piece of paper and hang a rubber duck on it. Or a finger puppet, roller tongue, plastic farm animal, wooden car, samba ball – plenty of choice.
squeeze fruit
It doesn’t get any easier, because most bags already look very cheerful. Put a ribbon around it, a card with your child’s name and you’re done.
A mini book
Frog, Miffy, Dikkie Dik or Woezel & Pip or Bumba: google ‘baby handout booklet’ and you will get a laundry list of mini booklets. Of course nice to give as such, but if you also want to add something to eat, stick a bag of squeezed fruit or box of raisins on it.
