City ranking 2022: Cities with the worst prospects for the future
The language learning app and e-learning platform Preply has determined Germany’s cities of tomorrow and selected the places with the best and worst future prospects. The analysis takes into account social and economic as well as geographical and political factors.
10th place: Mannheim
Mannheim is in tenth place among the German cities with the worst prospects for the future. The increase in GDP in the south-west German city from 2017 to 2019 was a comparatively low 466 million euros. The average monthly salary in Mannheim is 2,640 euros.
