The Xiaomi Laser Cinema 2 projector handles Dolby Vision in 4K
Xiaomi has just introduced the new Xiaomi Laser Cinema 2 projector in China, and it should be the first projector in the world with Dolby Vision in 4K. Of course, it is not a completely cheap device, but what it can do is definitely worth paying attention to.

Projector Xiaomi Laser Cinema 2 can project on a 100-inch screen from a distance of 20 cm. If you want an even larger image, the projector can handle up to 200 inches, but the company itself recommends using a size from 80 to 150 inches. In terms of video quality, the projector is capable of projecting videos in 4K resolution, plus a contrast ratio of 3000: 1 and does not lack support for HDR, HDR10 or the just mentioned Dolby Vision. Thanks to technology ALPD RB+ Xiaomi Laser Cinema 2 has to offer better colors than other projectors.
In terms of hardware, the MediaTek MT9669 chipset is ticking under the hood, along with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. The system is a traditional MIUI for TV and we can also count on 30W speakers with Dolby Atmos or DTS Sound support. Of the port equipment, it is worth mentioning 2x HDMI 2.0, 2x USB 2.0, audio jack or ethernet. The conversion device is based on about 51,000 crowns.
