The third flexible Motorola Razr is coming. Should Z Flip be afraid?
It is officially confirmed. Next year (theoretically calmly in a few days or weeks) we will see new model of the Motorola Razr flexible phone. The third option, unlike its predecessors, which did not succeed, should be stronger competition for today’s “clamshell” mobiles. Of course, it is led by the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, which has secured strong leadership and popularity in this field.
The production of the Motorola Razr 3 phone (the name with the serial number is not certain) and, indirectly, the mentioned bold plans were announced to Weibo by Lenovo representative Chen Jin. The current mobile phone manufacturer, Motorola, reportedly intends to give the device and users more performance or a better software environment. It does not have big problems with the Motorola system, however, just inperformance and hardware there are aspects that did not give the previous flexible Razors much of a chance to attack the competition.
If Lenovo manages to turn the new Motorola Razr into a real “iron”, it will then also depend a lot on the price. Samsung is already able to offer, for relatively reasonable amounts, for example, waterproofness or adaptive display frequency, and the recently introduced Huawei P50 Pocket proves that even flexible mobile phones can have great cameras.
