Apple TV+ today releases the trailer for The Sky is Everywhere. The film will be available on the streaming platform on February 11, just before Valentine’s Day.

Against the magical backdrop of the redwoods of Northern California and the gigantic roses of his grandmother, Lennie Walker, 17, a true musical prodigy, cannot recover from the untimely death of Bailey, his older sister. When Joe Fontaine, the charismatic new high school student, enters Lennie’s life, she immediately feels drawn to him. But this budding love is disrupted by Lennie’s complex relationship with Toby, his sister’s boyfriend, also steeped in grief. As she lives her first love and her first loss, Lennie gives free rein to her overflowing imagination and her sometimes contradictory feelings to compose her own song.
The cast includes Grace Kaufman, Jason Segel, Cherry Jones, Pico Alexander, Jacques Colimon and Julia Schlaeper. Josephine Decker serves as director and producer. Jandy Nelson handled the script. The film is inspired by a book precisely written by Jandy Nelson.
