The Redmi 9 and Redmi Note 9 smartphones receive a significant update
Xiaomi has recently updated several of its models. Currently, the latest version of the manufacturer’s popular superstructure, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition, is on the course. The Redmi 9 and Redmi Note 9 smartphones, which are very popular in Slovakia, are now receiving this version of the superstructure. The information was provided by the Gizmochina portal.
The update is available for global versions of both models, so it probably arrived on yours, or will come in the coming days. The device notifies you automatically, but this does not always have to happen. To be on the safe side, we recommend that you check for an update manually in the settings.
- Redmi 9 – V12.5.3.0.RJCMIXM
- Redmi Note 9 – V12.5.2.0.RJOMIXM
In addition to all the new features that the superstructure brings, you will receive a security patch from October 2021 together with this update. Before the update itself, we traditionally recommend charging the device to at least 50% of the battery capacity.
